Add First Name and Last Name fields to Contacts Smart Lists fields
People names are entered in separate fields for First Name and Last Name, whether by editing on screen or importing via API or CSV. When exporting via Smart List, we can only access the full name that combines First Name and Last Name. This makes it very challenging to audit Sell data against our ERP data, as well as to push data back to Sell based on an export.
Please add the separate fields for First Name and Last Name to Smart Lists so these fields can be exported as they are stored.
I actually was having the same problem and figured out a way to expert first and last name separately. Maybe you have already figured it out too?
Can you please explain to me how to do that?

Hello Christin and Stephanie! When exporting a contact Smart List, you can add the "First Name" and "Last Name" columns by adding the "Person" field to your Smart List before exporting!
Laura Hippert. This doesn't work either. The "person" field brings up both the first and last names, just like the field in the smart list that says "contact." It is no different.
It is unbelievable to me that we cannot access the first and last name (separate) fields!
I followed Laura's steps:
1. I've added Person column
2. Exported Smart List
3. The exported CSV has a correct split of First Name and Last Name columns:
