The company has made an investment into HubSpot for overall CRM functionality and the plan was always to keep ZenDesk as the customer service platform if we could integrate the system well to suit our need.
More specifically, we want to import the customer rating data and some basic analytics to tag each user with any historical or current tickets opened for customer service. Ideally we want to be able to build workflows to customers who gave us a thumbs up or thumbs down on the service received.
For some reason, we can not import that data to create these workflows which creates a big limitation to our overall CRM efforts. To avoid having to decide on platforms, I would love to just be able to import variables like customer rating so we can keep business as usual.
