How can I use the API tokens generated from the settings page to create a ticket?

I am working on integrating a custom form for an eCommerce site with the Zendesk API. I tried using Basic Auth and it worked except the auto reply is being sent to the agent instead of the user who just submitted their detail inclusive of email. I tried using the API tokens from the settings page to see if they can help but am getting this error

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Erick,

It looks like you are using the client secret rather than an actual bearer token. Kindly follow the steps in this article Using OAuth authentication with your application to authenticate your application's API requests to Zendesk using OAuth.
