My team is on the Zendesk Suite Professional plan with the Productivity Pack. I'm not a big fan of how the default new_request_page.hbs looks, and I would like to make it more appealing. However, I am not sure how far we can go in terms of customizing this page.
Something I would like to add is imagery to this page, as the default white background looks quite plain, but I am not sure how we can do this. I would also like to know how we can hide the subject field depending on the form selected. For example, if a user selects that they want to report a bug, we would like the subject field to be hidden, and once the ticket is created, have the subject be prefilled with whatever the user entered/selected for other fields.
A user clicks to report a bug, and there is no subject field box.
The user inputs their username
The user selects which part of our platform the bug occurred
The user selects what version of the platform they were using
They then submit the ticket, and the subject is prefilled with <Name> <Part> <Version>
Is this possible?
