    Hi Muhammad Nouman,

    The last time I checked, Zendesk Light Agents are an add-on to your existing plan. They charge you a fee on each full agents you have on your account which allows you to add up to 100 Light agents for Professional. If your subscription says it's available as part of your plan and it's not listed as an add-on, you should be able to add Light Agents right now without an extra charge.

    Add a new Light Agent like you would add anyone else and just set their license to Light Agent.

    I am quite sure, that this is somehow technically not working. 

    Because with the Zendesk Suite professional plan you can not choose the user type " light agent" if you are out of user seats. 

    And those user seats are all charged. 

    So basically Zendesk claims 100 light users as add on but technically makes you pay for it because they need a payed user seat as "agent".

    I don't believe this is expected behavior as these light-agent seats should be on top of your paid seats for full users. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team here so they can take a look at your account to see where this issue is coming from.
