Date visibility in Tickets view

    Hello Masood,

    The requested column in ticket views is currently configured to display information as you're seeing it; day and time for those tickets within the last week, date and time for those beyond that. This is consistent with ticket timestamps overall as they are displayed the same way. Currently there isn't a method by which to see timestamps in a date format in the preceding week period, but I will note your feedback in this regard.
