    Hi Felipe,

    It is not possible to have an email address associated with a group in Zendesk. It is possible to have an address associated with a brand however. Given the plan level restrictions on multibrand however, it might just be easier to utilize the Select an Address app which allows users to control with address their message sends from:

Você pode utilizar esse APP gratuitamente utilizando o código FREEEMAILSELECTOR ao adiciona-lo em sua conta do Zendesk - depois parametrize quais e-mails devem ser selecionados automaticamente de acordo com cada grupo.
