Feature Request: Manual Log-Off of Chat Agents

Please add a feature to Chat to allow an administrator to manually log Agents off.  This is helpful when Agents accidentally leave themselves online.  This appears to be a common headache from a thread I read from four years ago.

    (For what it's worth, there are some workaround there as well.)
