Create dependency ticket fields
BeantwortetI would like to create a field called category and a field called subcategory. The subcategory field may only show fields that belong to one category. eg. category is "Color" and the subcategories can only be Red, Green and Blue. If I choose a different category, eg car brand, I can only choose Volvo, VW, etc.

You can achieve this with different tools depending on your Zendesk plan and features:- You DO have multiple forms and Conditions - use conditional fields to make fields dependent.
- You DO NOT have multiple forms and Conditions - use drop-down field for categories grouping
