Hey there! I'm looking for some help around the contact forms in the help center.

We currently have one contact form that we link to in the help center via this URL https://support.amboss.com/hc/de/requests/new 

Now I would like to set up a different form (which I can it the ZD settings) and want it to be shown on a individual web page with a different URL (and not as an additional option on the same request page). 

My use case is that I want to provide the new contact form via a hyperlink to collect feedback on a specific product area. Is that possible or does someone have advice?
