For which zendesk Products ZIS is available at the moment?
As per documentation, is looks like ZIS is created for Support and Sunshine, are we expecting is to be available in other zendesk products too? If yes then how long it is going to take.

Hi Shameen Rana - we certainly do intend to add events from other Zendesk products. We are currently investigating events for Sell and for Sunshine Events.
I don't have a specific timeline I can share for when specific events will be available, but I expect we'll be adding some more over the first half of 2022.
If there are some specific products/events or use cases you have in mind I would love to get your input. Please feel free to share here, raise a ticket, or reach out to your account representative.

Hey David, Thanks for the response.
We definitely would like to have it for Record Save events in Sell modules.
