Feature Request Summary:
Ability to export a list of Agents/end-users within Zendesk
Our licenses are managed by an external team that does not have Zendesk permissions. We need the ability to email a CSV to our Team Leads so they can see the licenses consumed for our billing period.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
In order for our Team Leads to manage licenses, they need to have Admin permissions to access the Admin Centre which consumes multiple licenses.
Or we would only be able to take screenshots of the data and send it to the team. Either limiting us to show the top few or consuming our time to get images of all the licenses consumed.
Without the export ability, we revert back to an API call which is time-consuming, limited to only viewing Agents with a license at the time of the generated list, and to who has a support license but not Chat or Talk licenses.
Why the Super Admin app does not work for us
- You are limited to only 100 results
- You are not able to filter by License type (Support, Talk, Chat)
- Not able to filter Group by anything other than the default group (not able to see who is apart of other groups)
- You are not able see the high watermark of Agents for the billing period (we use a pooled license model and it deducts our highest number of licenses per month)
I’m very pleased to let you know that we have started rolling out a new feature that allows admins to export a list of their team member data. This feature will be available in your account by March 16th (PT).

The Super Admin app is probably the easiest to use, and it will export directly to CSV format: Installing and Using the Super Admin app

While that is handy, this was manly for the admin centre as there is a drop down that shows who has a Talk license (hopefully there is the option to filter who has a Chat license as well one day).
We need to be able to export how many licences are consumed for each channel. From what I could see of the Admin app, you are not able to see that option.
Just letting you know that we do have a roadmap item for CSV export in Admin Center. At this stage it's looking like late 2022.

This is a pain to have to get a developer to do this for me.
