It would be great if the Hide dropdown form options would also work to hide options for end-users.
More granular control over which fields are hidden for which agent groups would be quite helpful as we have a lot of different teams using different "internal fields" and hiding them separately will prevent errors being made editing fields.
I raised a support query this week ref hidden fields still show for a few seconds during a ticket page loading which makes it unusable as the whole point of hiding fields is for certain groups of users not to see them. Can this be fixed, please?
