Synchronizing Zendeskand Dynamics 365

Hi everybody,

since we have been working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and have all our client data in their, we would like to synchnronize that data with the Zendesk data.

Has anybody experience with that? And do you use SmartConnect and Pop Doc or do you do it differently?

    It looks like we have a couple of 3rd party integrations within our App Marketplace can help get you what you're looking for:

    I'll keep this post open in case other users have an alternative solution for you as well.
