One issue we have is monitoring our chat. The only current way to monitor chat activity and know how many end-users are waiting is to open the chat dashboard in a separate window.
Considering Zendesk supports third party apps to integrate in the agent workspace, I see no reason why their own dashboard can't be integrated? Even if its just the monitor section and not editing. Being able to monitor chat activity in the same workspace we are actually serving chats in is a no brainer winning upgrade for the platform.
