Make Agent online when schedule start
How can you make sure an agent is online when the schedule start?
Is there a way to trigger " make agent online" when "schedule" start?
I guess it make sense no?
+1 for this...We would love this as well. I hate to keep saying this, but "our old system" had the ability for the agents to set up their own office hours. Although our GROUP offices hours are 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. the different engineers have varying schedules depending on the day of the week. We find the ability for them to be able to set up their own office hours and be automatically logged in/off during those hours is super useful.

We really need an automation or having admin changing statut like for talk.
I think this is a great feature to implement. Each agent should be able to set their own schedule to be online/offline. Can this be done using automation feature?
