We have multiple ticket forms for our customers to log tickets. In each of these forms we would like to be able to have a link connecting them to knowledgebase articles that explain the form the are selecting and what information needs to be provided.
Currently you can't add a link to the individual ticket forms without doing a lot of manual coding to each of the pages. It would be very beneficial to be able to add links to our Helpcenter KB articles so we can provide more information to our customers without over crowding the ticket forms with excess information.
