Salesforce integration - How to you manage email & organization changes ?
Dear "new" Salesforce integration users,
I have an issue today regarding the zendesk email & organization update of my Salesforce Contact :
If I update it into Salesforce, the email or the Organization is not replaced but added as secondary Email& Organization into Zendesk.
Our databases are not synchronised anymore. What is the point of having a connector?
How do you manage that ?
