Save ticket property updates
BeantwortetSo when I'm adding people/myself to receive copy of ticket notifications, there is a blue dot appearing on the ticket. How do I save these changes?

If I understand you correctly you have ie added yourself to a ticket as a follower? If that's the case you simply need to "save" the ticket by clicking the "Submit" button in the corner.
If you haven't added any text it won't send an email to the customer.
