Hello Zendesk Support,
We are facing an issue with our website that is hosted on Zendesk (support.numxl.com), when trying to crawl (or audit) it using SERanking SEO Software.
The crawl is always stopped immediately and prompts the status error 403! Here's the exact message:
"We were unable to gain access to the site. Status: 403"
We investigated the issue from SERanking's side, and they told us that we need to whitelist their IP addresses on the Cloudflare firewall settings (Zendesk account).
Here are the IPs (as sent from SERanking):
