Enable/disable attachment in a chat

Hi, it was requested by one of our Agents, that it would be nice to be able to enable as an Agent directly in the chat window for the user to attach an attachment. Since our Enterprize has disabled the attachments in the chat globally, it would be nice to be able to enable from time to time if there is a necessity.

Jozsef Hajdu Thanks for sharing your feedback. Although we have no plans to change the behaviour in Chat, your feedback will be considered in terms of attachment handling in agent workspace across multiples channels (email, chat, messaging, etc).

In terms of workarounds you can do now for those situations, I would suggest using a service like Dropbox or Box and include the link to the attachment that way. If you use agent workspace with Chat + Support, both of those providers have apps in the marketplace.
