Hi, we would like to know if there is a way to remove the 128 character limit in the Text Field on the Transfer step in the Flow Builder (or to add Multi-line Field to the options).
According to this documentation Text Fields have a maximum number of characters of 65,536, so we don't understand why the arbitrary 128 character limit. We would like our customers to be able to leave the reason why they are creating the ticket, and 128 characters is not enough.
There is also the problem that, if they exceed the 128 character limit, there is no indication and the field accepts more than that amount of characters. It only tells the user about the limit after they press next, so it becomes frustrating for them, and we take the brunt when the ticket is created and our support team talks to them. Another UX/UI problem is that a single line is not enough to fit those 128 characters, let alone 65,536, so it would be nice for it to wrap the text into multiple lines.
Finally there is the case for efficiency. If we don’t let them write everything they wanted before the ticket is created, then they will have to write it afterwards, which means time wasted for our support team.
