Out of office app : Allow non-Admins to change agent status
We would like to make this more efficient, since we do not have an admin at each site, and the sites may operate in different time zones for instance. If we could delegate the ability to set agents OOO, without giving them admin status, this would be a perfect approach. Please enhance the OOO functionality in Zendesk to allow for this behavior.

Great idea, it's been a long-awaited feature. The administration of agents must be managed by their manager and not by an administrator who wastes his time doing this.

We need this feature too. We have a lot of managers that need this access but we cannot give them full admin rights.
