    Thanks for posting your question to the Community! If you needed to export or retrieve ticket data you can utilize the Tickets API and the Incremental Exports API
    Unfortunately, we don't specifically have any text analytics functionality. If you wanted to provide me with more information regarding your use case and needs then I can go ahead and share this with our team as feedback.
