    Hi Naghash Baghdasaryan,

    Thanks for your feedback. At the moment our Jira integration interacts with Zendesk via OAuth permissions. In this circumstance, we provide the ability to setup a dedicated user (Jira Admin) to ensure that all interactions are related to a specific user; particularly where Jira automations or workflow updates are utilised.

    I've recorded your feedback and we'll consider it in future updates.
