Is it possible to add views by "Organisations"? I engage with several customers and having them to my dashboard helps to easily navigate to all the tickets created for each of these customers. Thanks

Welcome to the community! Yes, you can create views to show tickets from a single Organization -- you'd use the Ticket: Organization condition. For more information, see Creating views to manage ticket workflow
