Create a KB article using an existing KB template

The KB template feature is incomplete:
- We have a huge need to be able to create an article from scratch by using the templates created without copying and pasting the format - It will cut tremendously on time consumed to create an article.
- No copy/paste the format and open multiple windows while creating content, PLEASE!

Ability to create articles using the existing/created templates (KCTemplate) without copying and pasting the format from another article.

This is a great feature request and I have added it to the backlog for future consideration. This means that we will think about adding it as a priority later in our planning cycle. We are going to leave this post open for comment to allow others to provide their feedback and use cases, however please note as is stated in our Community Guidelines that we can not commit to prioritizing any one piece of feedback we receive in the community.
