Voice messaging in Zendesk?

    Hi Raphael,
    If you're pertaining to a direct way to create a voice message and send it, that feature is not yet available in Zendesk. The only workaround is to record it and send it as an attachment.
    This is definitely one useful feature to have. I'll mark this as a feedback and bright it up to the attention of our Product Managers. Posts/Requests with high engagement ultimately drives the demand for that feature.

    We hope are soon. Our clients ask our to activate WhatsApp or Voice Call center to hear 👂 him and talk to him as human not a service behind screen.
