Is there a API for Content Blocks?

Hello,
My localization team has an API that it uses to POST and PUT translations for our knowledge base articles. However, when we try to do that with articles that have content blocks, we are seeing that those articles appear blank if we go to edit them. It seems that when the localization team goes to GET the body of the article, the content blocks are not going with it. Is there an API call available where we can get the content blocks in with the article? If not, is there any other solution for automating content block translations?
Thanks.

Hi Gareth! At this time, I don't see any conversations happening regarding an API for content blocks. I definitely can see the need, so I would recommend sharing your feedback and use case with the team that will have visibility to it in the Guide feedback forum.

Hi 1264158211509 Has there been any developments with content blocks? We're looking to migrate a lot of structured knowledge into content blocks and the lack of API is a huge blocker for us here

One work around to this would be creating blank translations via the UI and then updating these via the API. I know this workflow isn't ideal, but we are working towards improving this in future.
Thanks!

Is there a workaround to this? Currently when we try to update the translation over it fails for articles which have content blocks with a permissions error response

There are some limitations to the Help Center API when using content blocks, including limitations around translations. You can read more at the link below:
