Why can't I increase my support team subscription?

I see you have an open discussion with our Customer Care team where the requested account access so they can assume in and troubleshoot.     Still no one has contacted me. There is still no resolution on this and I still cannot increase the size of my team. I do not understand what is happening at ZD, but I would appreciate it if someone would look into this. Is it normal to take 4 weeks to resolve an account related issue?
