Create a ticket for an organization without specific contact

    Hi Richard Heindl, I don't think it's possible to create a ticket for an organization without a user attached to it. That means you have a couple of options, both involve create 'dummy' contacts that are linked to the organizations you want to contact. You could create one of these 'contacts' for each organization, or you could create one and link them to all your organizations (if you have this feature enabled on your account).
