Reporting on Agent Activity

I need some assistance. I need to create a report to show how active one of my agents is being day to day, and to show where they updated a ticket (But might not be the owner anymore).
Any ideas?

Try this query and see if it helps. You can filter on Updater name (agent) and date (yesterday, last month, etc.).
I forgot to mention, it's the Tickets Updates Dataset.

You should be able to do this easily using the Support Updates History dataset.
You can use Updates, Comments, Activities, Tickets Updated and a host of other metrics, and simply filter it on the updater name.
