Can I edit the ticket confirmation message from the Web Widget?

    Hi Maky,

    Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there's a way to change or remove the confirmation message within the web widget at this time. I would encourage you to create a separate feature request post in our Support Product Feedback topic for our product managers to review. Thank you!
