Prefix to Incident and Problem

    Hey Idres,

    At this time, there's no way to customize what's shown in each ticket type. The tabs can only display "Incident" or "Problem". If this functionality is something you would like to see, I'd recommend creating a feedback post in our Feedback - Ticketing System (Support) topic using the following template.
