How do you setup prefix to incident and problems
for example have a prefix of INC for Incident and PRI for problem at the moment in ZD it just shows a number

At this time, there's no way to customize what's shown in each ticket type. The tabs can only display "Incident" or "Problem". If this functionality is something you would like to see, I'd recommend creating a feedback post in our Feedback - Ticketing System (Support) topic using the following template.
