Advice to get Zendesk support to talk to me?
Hey all -- I've been a customer for 10+ years (since the Base days), and last weekend was the first time I'd ever reached out for support. And pretty much once a day have been trying to get anyone to talk to me without luck.
I'd read people say that support is subpar, but is this usual for them? Any tricks you know of?

Thank you. It's an account question, so probably an account manager? I'm not sure that I have one already though.

Zendesk getting rid of call-in support was, in my opinion, misguided.
