I am unable to sort by Subject
For years we've been able to sort our tickets by subject.
Our business has preset subjects when users use the help function in our app and when we train people, we sort by subject so that we can have new joiners work on certain tickets to get used to them.
This week, we've been unable to sort by subject, all the other options I can sort by, but not subject.
Can someone let me know what's happened here?
Zendesk has changed this feature.
Very needed feature. Please, consider bringing it back.
This is an absolute necessary feature and not sure why you would take it away. It's actually making my workflow more cumbersome. May need to look for a new tool.

Why has Zendesk taken away the ability to sort in this way?
