Report on agents login periods in Explore for time tracking

    Hi Admin, 

    As of the moment, the agent log in time and periods are not yet part of Explore Datasets. You are correct, on your audit log, you should be able to see the agent log in time, IP address and activity . If you are not seeing this on your audits, you may initiate a conversation with our Customer Support to take a deeper look into your account.
