How to setup language when continuing conversation on Messenger / Whatsapp

    Looking into this, it is currently not possible to translate these messages manually and unfortunately, they will remain in English for now. However, work is already underway to translate these messages as well as to translate CSAT messages sent through Social Messaging Channels, which are also in English. The closest prediction we have is that they want to release these translations in the second quarter of this year.
