Article quality index app
Hello,
Is there any store app that can help build the Article Quality Index of KCS? Be able to enter data on the articles so the authors can be evaluated for their contributions?

I'm not aware of a marketplace app that could do this. However, our Explore platform can help generate similar reports. You can curate reports to fit your needs. We can actually see we have a few available recipes for articles already.

I am not sure if that helps... I need to generate this custom report where you add values (0 to 5) based on articles created by agents. We evaluate the different areas of the article for quality control purposes.
This is a feature that Salesforce ServiceCloud and ServiceNow have available for a while in their platforms in order to support the KCS process.
If the Explore platform can generate such reports can you direct me to some sort of tutorial that might be able to help?
