Zendesk forms for specific user groups

Hi,
Is there anyway to restrict forms in HC to certain end useres that login,
for example
A new employee / termination form can only be seen by HR End users
Network requests can only be seen by Network End users
This is so that users can only fill in the forms that they should be filling in ?
If not, is there any zendesk apps that do this ?

I have this functionality in my HC 1.7 API v1, as specified in the referenced article. Been working great for a long time. We are looking to move to 2.19 API v2 and have a HC set-up for that. Ready to make it the live one, except the v1 code does not work in it.
Is there any updated code for the new templating version, or otherwise some different method to restrict forms in HC submission to certain organizations?

This is likely because jQuery is not included in v2 of the help center. Here are some instructions how how to import jQuery back in to your help center:

I also found this user submitted code sample that might be helpful if you'd prefer not to use jQuery.
