Track number of Side conversation per AssigneeBeantwortet
We have a b2b customer service and our team has conversation between customers and business partners in one ticket. Therefore, we are using the function of a side conversation very often. We would like to see the number of side conversation per assignee in the reports as well.
I guess it's not possible and here's the article related to your question.
Workaround though but if you are already started using side conversation then that will be a challenge.
