Salesforce Bidirectional Contact Sync... EVER OR NEVER?
Back pre-Sell, there was a roadmap item for Bi-Directional Contact/Lead sync with Salesforce using the Zendesk provided integration, there are many requests for this feature. Can we get a real update on this needed functionality? I already have a great CRM, and the lack of bi-directional sync is a data hygiene nightmare that should be fixed ASAP if you really Support the Supporters.

It's my understanding this is on Zendesk's roadmap and development plans.
In the meantime, if you require a solution for bi-directional sync between Zendesk and Salesforce and want more flexibility and control over the integration process, you might consider exploring Exalate. It offers advanced synchronization capabilities and can help address data hygiene challenges by keeping your CRM and support systems in sync.
