Difficult forecast revenue ZenSell

It is difficult to forecast proper revenue recognition in ZenSell and also renewals for multiple SaaS software products with different expiry dates for the same customer.

I've added custom fields for my reps to input the number of months associated with each component (services and SaaS) for our deals which helps somewhat.

That said, we often break our multi-month deals into separate deals i.e. one per month to make this forecasting easier.

I would really like to see the ability to duplicate an existing deal with all custom fields intact and then just tweak or modify the newly copied deal. It would save my team a lot of time and also help eliminate errors.
