Hello,

The new agent workspace is TERRIBLE. The option to turn it on or off should be present. I understand it's "more convenient" for some users to use chat. However, this update has condensed all responses in my email threads (there are no bullets or breaks when I used " - " or "  -  " or just spaces in general - all of the new lines within one email are smashed and it's stupid, It is more difficult to read with all of the signatures in place, The page is wider and not pleasing to the eye anymore, I hate having to scroll down when the last update should be at the top. Not allowing to have either view is extremely odd and a huge downgrade. This upgrade is making my job harder than it actually is. There are already enough changes happening within my company, and this just put the cherry on top. I HATE IT. PLEASE ALLOW THE OPTION TO HAVE EITHER OR. I DON'T EVEN USE CHAT OR ANYTHING SO THIS BENEFITS ME, and I'm sure others, ZERO.
