Field removals from forms need to be logged.
Feature Request Summary:
Currently, there is no way to find out when or how fields were removed from forms. This really, really, needs to be logged.
Description/Use Cases:
We have a situation where we know when fields were removed from a form, but are unable to confirm if a person did this, if it was a system error, or something else, because there's no way to investigate this at all.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
Fields on forms are critical to the workflows of tickets, triggers, and automations. It is really important that we have audit logs of when and how they are changed.

I will second this. Once your Zendesk starts moving into using multiple forms... it can become hard to manage; especially on an enterprise account where there is a handful of admins. It would help give the other admins, insight into what another admin has changed on the forms/fields.
