There's no status alerts about this, but Z-bot is down and redirecting people to the form. It might be good to update the message that is sent after you fill out the form too, as you get an email that says "For a faster response, start a conversation in Zendesk by selecting Get help. You can find that in your profile menu."
That's not super great when the only time you'd be using the form is because the tool with the faster response is down.
