I am considering using Zendesk Sell (trialling now). We don't need a full-scale help desk, but we do need the ability to sometimes create a 'support' request. These are like a feature request and on occasion an issue with a product - but these would be like a 10/month type of volume.
The client services manager manages the client relationship (after sales is done) and sometimes they need to create a support request that would at times feed over to the dev team (Azure Devops) .
It is quite basic and to get the full Zendesk support at this time would be overkill
Can we accomplish something to satisfy this need with just Zendesk Sell (Ideally integrate with Azure Devops)
