Don't Seem to Have Instagram as an Option for Integration
I am trying to integrate Instagram as one of our channels on Zendesk, but I don't seem to have the choice to integrate Instagram under the channels tab.
The 'Messaging and Social' tab only includes: text, Facebook pages, and Twitter accounts. I can tell from other online sources that this is where Instagram is supposed to live on the channel section of Zendesk.
Do I have to upgrade my plan? Or what is the solution?
Daniela De Siena Hi, Daniela. You can use Zendesk Suite to find the Instagram DM option in Admin Center -> Messaging -> Add channel.
Or you can use apps from the marketplace, e.g. our app to get Instagram comments and DMs.
