    Hi Marques, welcome to the community!

    Unfortunately, it's currently not possible for end-users to leave a satisfaction rating over the phone in Zendesk Talk.

    However, you can send a survey in a follow up ticket either via email if they have an email address or SMS through triggers and automations.
