Ability to set the Requester as the organisation and not a user
We have many cases where we need to link a ticket to an organisation but not a user for internally raised tickets, so no external comms.
We are having to use a workaround of a dummy user account linked to the org which causes its own issue and is not a clean way of managing a ticket.
